Saw this while out on a ride this past weekend.....what do you think, should I make an offer?

mark scotch: Plover, WI, United States; old coot that tries to stay active without incurring too many permanent injuries. married 49 yrs. to HS sweetheart. have 3 boys, all out on their own. 3 grandchildren, Jason, Alyssa and Mason.
