Lynn and I are out for the winter. We pulled in to Palo Duro Canyon just southeast of Amarillo, TX.
While cruising around the singletrack I jumped 3-4 Barbary Bighorn Sheep. They were introduced here back in 1957 and the numbers have grown to the point of conducting a hunting season on them.
A few days later we were in Death Valley and we drove up on a Desert Bighorn.
Not to be outdone I guess, while riding just south of Las Vegas near Boulder, I came across a 3rd Bighorn.
