Uncle Rudy

Some of you know my Uncle Rudy.

He recently had to go to the hospital for bypass surgery. He's doing fine as they caught the problem soon enough.
After a few days in the hospital this week, they moved him to an assisted care facility Friday evening.

His son Kevin told me the first thing he asked was what they do on Monday and he was told that they play Bingo. He asked "High Stakes Bingo?" and they said no, that they used to play for .25 or a .10 but they stopped that as the patients would loose their money going back to their rooms, so now they play for potatoe chips and cookies.
Rudy said that there had to be a few there that would make a side bet........

I recommended to Kevin to go rent "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" as it would help make sense of the next few weeks (3 weeks is the projected stay).
I don't think the place will ever be the same after the next month.
